Our goal is to attract people, who in the spirit of Joel Spolsky and FogCreek, can be defined as “Smart, gets things done and not are not jerks”. Our goal is to hire people who can be given an area of responsibility and left alone.

We are looking for people with a record of producing real web sites, building real software, and launching real campaigns. People who eat, live and breeze Internet technologies. People who get sincerely excited when a new Twitter tool comes out. People who excel at everything they do, people for whom Internet Technologies is not a job but a way of life.

We want to hire new college graduates and experienced professionals. Experience is not required, however, a degree in some type of quantitative field (computer science, math, economics, engineering, etc.) is preferred but could be replaced with some other strong evidence of technical aptitude, such as an excellent Math SAT score. Candidates are interviewed by 3 to 6 members of the team. Excellent English skills and a friendly demeanor are required. Dress codes are unheard of, unless you’re meeting with a customer. We would gladly hire a foreign student and provide visa sponsorship as long as you have strong verbal and writing skills.

Team members will start out their careers with InfoTrust working on client projects. These projects will be developed from our own office and using  our own equipment and tools. We are not going to send anyone out to work at some other company’s work environment.

Take a look at some of the great programs that we provide:

  • Company sponsored Health Insurance with Humana, a leading provider of health care benefits for full time employees
  • Dental and Long-Term Disability insurance programs for all full time employees.
  • Simple IRA plan with a generous dollar for dollar match up to 3%.
  • Generous Vacation policy
  • Continuous Training
  • Truly Flexible and rewarding team environment
  • Tuition Reimbursement

We observe major national holidays. During the first year at work, employees receive 1 day paid vacation for every month they work. After the first year, they receive 2 days paid vacation for every month they work (which adds up to over 4 weeks a year!). Vacation may be accumulated for up to 2 years, so you can plan to take every other summer off, if you really want.

The work environment is highly casual and collegial. If we can, we try to get everyone into an office with a door. And all employees have an inalienable right to daylight.

We feel that if we just spend an hour a week training, that ads up to 52 hours or over a week of training every year. So, every Friday, we get together for a lunch and learn prepared by one of our team members. In the future we will also plan on inviting some of the leading experts in Cincinnati to join us for lunch and give us a brief presentation on a certain subject.

All positions are in Cincinnati. InfoTrust is an equal opportunity employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, sexual orientation, or physical handicap.
